Lakewood Ranch isn't a single neighborhood — it's a 50-square-mile master-planned community spread across Manatee and Sarasota counties, with more than 60 villages, dozens of HOAs, and its own quirks when it comes to getting bulky items off your property. We've run thousands of pickups inside the gates of Country Club, Lakewood National, Polo Run, Esplanade, Del Webb, and the rest, and the process is almost always faster and cheaper than people expect.
Here's everything you should know about booking junk removal in Lakewood Ranch in 2026.
Why Lakewood Ranch is different
Most of Lakewood Ranch sits under HOA rules that do not allow bulky items at the curb outside of scheduled bulk pickup days — and those days are infrequent. If a fridge, mattress, or pile of boxes shows up on the swale on a regular trash day, you can get a violation letter. That's the #1 reason residents call us: they need it gone today, off the property entirely, no curbside staging.
We handle that end-to-end. We pull into your driveway, do all the lift from inside the house or garage, and the pile never touches the right-of-way.
Villages and neighborhoods we cover
We service every village inside Lakewood Ranch, including:
- Country Club, Country Club East, The Lake Club
- Lakewood National, Esplanade, Polo Run, Mallory Park
- Del Webb, Cresswind, Indigo (55+ communities)
- Central Park, Greenbrook, Summerfield, Riverwalk
- Waterside (Sarasota County side) — Lakehouse Cove, Shoreview, Wild Blue
If your village has a guard gate, just call ahead with our truck info and we'll be on the approved-vendor list before the gate even goes up. We typically clear gated entry in under 90 seconds.
What we haul
Everything a homeowner accumulates over years in a Lakewood Ranch property:
- Furniture, mattresses, and sectionals from primary bedrooms and bonus rooms
- Garage pile-ups — bikes, tools, old paint cans, leftover building materials
- Lanai and outdoor furniture (sun-faded patio sets are our most common single-item job here)
- Appliances, TVs, exercise equipment
- Pool cage cleanouts, attic insulation debris, post-remodel construction debris
For the most common job — a full garage reset — see our garage cleanout service. For move-out clears we run full property cleanouts on a half-day or full-day rate.
Pricing inside Lakewood Ranch
Flat-rate volume pricing applies — no mileage upcharge for being inside the gates:
| Load | Flat rate |
|---|---|
| Single item | $129 |
| 1/4 truck | $199 |
| 1/2 truck | $349 |
| 3/4 truck | $525 |
| Full truck | $625 |
Full breakdown on the pricing page. The only adders are heavy debris (concrete, tile, roofing) and EPA-mandated refrigerant reclamation on fridges and freezers — both quoted upfront.
Same-day service across LWR
Lakewood Ranch is our most-served zip — 34202, 34211, and 34240 see daily routes — so same-day slots almost always exist. Text 2–3 photos to (941) 302-8933 before noon and we can usually be on your driveway by 4 pm. Same-day dispatch carries a $75 reroute fee.
What happens to your stuff
We sort on the trailer. Anything clean and structurally sound is routed to local nonprofits — Goodwill on University, Salvation Army in Bradenton, Habitat ReStore. Metal gets pulled for recycling. Only true waste goes to Lena Road Landfill (Manatee side) or Central County Landfill (Sarasota side). We divert roughly 60–70% of every load away from the dump.
How to book
- Text 2–3 photos of the pile to (941) 302-8933 with your address.
- We text back a firm flat rate in writing.
- Pick a window — usually same-day or next-day. We do the rest.
