Construction and renovation debris removal in Bradenton runs $375 to $625 per load flat-rate, with heavy debris — concrete, tile, dirt, and roofing — priced at a flat $475 per load. A typical kitchen gut-out is one to two loads. A full bathroom remodel is usually a half load. Pricing is quoted before we arrive and includes labor, hauling, and Lena Road Landfill fees.
Renovation Debris Is Priced Differently Than Household Junk
Household junk is bulky and light. Renovation debris is dense and heavy — a half-truck of demolished tile weighs more than a full truck of furniture. That's why we split pricing into two tracks in Bradenton:
- Standard debris (cabinets, drywall, trim, carpet, doors, framing lumber, insulation, vanities) is priced by volume, $199 to $625 depending on how much of the trailer it fills.
- Heavy debris (concrete, tile, brick, dirt, roofing shingles, pavers) is a flat $475 per load, capped by weight rather than volume — because the trailer hits its legal limit long before it looks full.
If your job mixes both, we tell you upfront which bucket it falls into instead of discovering it at the curb.

Why Bradenton Contractors Use a Hauler Instead of a Dumpster
A roll-off dumpster makes sense on a six-week build. On a two-day tear-out it usually doesn't, for four reasons:
- Driveway damage. Bradenton's older 34205 and 34209 driveways are thin, and paver drives in 34212 crack under roll-off skids. Our trailer sits on tires.
- Permits and placement. A dumpster in the street can need approval; in HOA neighborhoods it can need ARC sign-off and a placement window.
- Idle rental days. You pay for the dumpster from drop to pickup. We charge for the load, not the calendar.
- Loading labor. We load it. A dumpster means your crew — or you — is carrying every piece.
Where a dumpster wins: long projects generating steady debris day after day. We'll tell you when that's the better call.
What We Take — and What We Can't
We haul: cabinets and countertops, drywall and plaster, framing lumber, doors and windows, trim and baseboard, carpet and padding, tile and thinset, laminate and vinyl plank, insulation, subfloor, fixtures and vanities, screen enclosure framing, fencing, decking, concrete and pavers, roofing shingles, and job-site scrap.
We can't haul: asbestos-containing material, liquid paint or solvents, propane tanks, or contaminated soil. Pre-1985 Bradenton homes occasionally turn up asbestos in floor tile mastic and popcorn ceilings — that requires a licensed abatement contractor before we can load anything, and we'll stop the job rather than move it.
Bradenton Coverage and Priority ZIPs
We run construction debris loads across our priority ZIPs — 34208, 34203, 34212, 34211, and 34202 — plus 34205, 34207, 34209, 34210, and up into Palmetto, Ellenton, and Parrish (34219). Same flat-rate structure everywhere; no mileage add-on.
Common job types by area: hurricane-repair debris and dated bathroom gut-outs east of the river in 34208 and 34212, terrazzo and tile tear-outs in the older 34205 and 34209 neighborhoods, and lanai rescreen and pool deck refresh debris out toward 34203 and 34211.
Scheduling Around a Job Site
- Photo quote. Text a photo of the debris pile plus a wide shot of the driveway to (941) 302-8933 for a firm number, usually inside an hour.
- Contractor accounts. If you're a Bradenton remodeler running repeat work, we'll hold recurring slots and invoice per load rather than quoting each time.
- Staging that works. Pile debris on plywood or tarp near the driveway if you can — that keeps your loading time short and protects the turf.
- Nail sweep. Every job ends with a magnet sweep of the drive and staging area. Standard, not an add-on.
