The Shed Removal Process
- Photos or a walk-around video. Most quotes go out within the hour. If we need to see it in person (older sheds, weird framing), we'll swing by same-week.
- Firm flat-rate quote. Locked in before we lift a hammer. No mid-job "we found rot" surprises — Florida sheds rot; we've priced for it.
- Utility check. If the shed has a run of electrical from the house, we confirm the breaker is off before demo. We do not touch active gas lines; that's on the homeowner or a licensed plumber.
- Demo day. Panel-by-panel disassembly is faster and cleaner than a swing-through. Roof first, walls next, floor last. Everything goes into the trailer as we cut.
- Site cleanup. Rake, magnet-sweep for nails, and drive out. If the pad is staying, it gets swept. If it's going, we sawcut and haul in a second visit.
