Bradenton homeowners ask us the same question every week: "What does it actually cost to get rid of this stuff?" The honest answer is — it depends on how much space your junk takes up in our truck, not how heavy it is, not how many items there are, and not how long it takes us to load.

Here's exactly what Gulf Coast Junk Solutions charges in Bradenton in 2026, with no asterisks.

    Bradenton junk removal rates

    Load sizeWhat fitsFlat rate
Single itemOne couch, mattress, or appliance$129
    1/4 truckA small bedroom's worth$199
    1/2 truckA two-car garage's accumulated clutter$349
    3/4 truckA small apartment cleanout$525
Full truckA garage, shed, or small estate$625

Our dump trailer holds roughly 10.67 cubic yards. For reference, that's about the same as 80–90 standard contractor bags.

Why we price by volume, not by the hour

Hourly junk removal pricing creates a perverse incentive — slow loaders get paid more. Per-item pricing punishes you for awkward shapes (an empty bookshelf "counts" the same as a packed one). Volume pricing is the only model that lines up our incentives with yours: we work fast, and you know the price before we lift anything.

    What's included

    • All labor and loading
    • Lena Road Landfill tipping fees (Manatee County)
    • Donation drops to Goodwill, Salvation Army, and Habitat ReStore Bradenton
    • Recycling for metal and electronics
    • A clean sweep of the area when we leave

On average we divert 60–70% of every load away from the landfill through donations and recycling. That's true on the smallest single-item pickup and on a full-truck cleanout.

    What raises the price

Two situations bump your quote, and we always tell you upfront:

    1. Heavy debris (concrete, dirt, roofing, tile): flat $475 in Manatee County. The landfill charges by the ton for these materials and the per-yard math doesn't work, so we use a separate flat rate.
    2. Appliances with refrigerant (fridges, freezers, A/C units): a small EPA-mandated reclamation surcharge.

That's the whole list. No fuel fees, no stairs fees, no after-hours fees within standard business hours.

    Same-day Bradenton service

We hold same-day and next-day slots open for the Bradenton corridor every weekday. Call or text before noon and we'll usually have a crew there the same afternoon. Same-day dispatch adds a $75 reroute fee — but it's an option when you need the driveway cleared today.

    Bigger jobs: garages, sheds, estates

Most Bradenton homeowners overestimate how much stuff they have. A full two-car garage cleanout usually fits in 3/4 to one full truck ($525–$625). A finished shed teardown plus haul-away typically runs $625–$950 depending on the shed's construction. For full property turnovers, see our property cleanout service.

How to lock in your price

Text photos to (941) 302-8933 or request a free online quote. We'll quote a firm flat rate in writing — no estimator, no "we'll see when we get there." For neighborhood-specific service, our Bradenton junk removal page lists every area we cover.
